Today a child can no longer simply "find themselves" - countless stimuli, immense sensitivity, peer pressure and our own adult patterns mean that support during adolescence requires a different approach. Let's plan it together - grounded in engagement, inspiration and curiosity about the world.
Good grades are not enough. What decides how your child will manage in adult life is the environment of growth - and as parents, we still shape it.
An environment built on curiosity about the world, later on the search for what a child truly loves and whom they would like to help. The next step - emphasis on social competencies: the ability to understand oneself, to communicate with others, and to make conscious choices.
That is why in the consultation we look wider than a single question of "which activity to sign my child up for". We look at the whole family, the way you communicate at the table, the need for engagement, inspiration and motivation - because those build the inner compass for adulthood.
In 2025 alone, through the TALENTOWSKAZ® Programme, I reached youth, children, their parents and guardians in person all across Poland.
For more than 15 years - or, counting from the founding of Wyspy Leonarda in 2008, already 18 years - I have been working with children, youth and their parents. I advise in the area of education and modern forms of intergenerational communication.
I am a co-founder of the family-run educational centre Wyspy Leonarda (since 2008) and co-founder and President of the Board of the Children-to-Children Foundation (since 2012). Creator of the TALENTOWSKAZ® programme; nearly 20 years of practice, research and refining the method.
The conclusion from those years is unambiguous: a child's development is determined by environment - and along the way sociology proved to be the key to understanding the whole process. And one more discovery - confirmed by the paths of our mentees (among them Tomek, today an AWF graduate and member of the Polish National Breakdance Team): the presence of a MENTOR is critical, not a coach. Someone who, working alongside the Parent, School Principal and Trainer, helps the child step into responsible adulthood.
No pressure, no judgement. A parent-to-parent conversation, backed by 18 years of experience with youth and research on the child's environment of growth.
We start with a conversation. You choose the date and format, briefly describe where your child is right now and what worries or inspires you.
A proprietary diagnostic tool I walk you through in 12 steps, across 12 hours of private consultations. Work on the young person's potential and talents. Identifying the 12 key skills on the road to inner strength.
Together we build the plan - work with a career adviser to map out possible career development paths for your child. Everything backed by tests and a diagnosis of current social competencies. You leave with a ready-made guide and direction for your child's further development.
A key figure for a young person, especially during adolescent rebellion. Introducing a Mentor - not a coach - who works alongside the Parent, School and Trainer is the guarantee of a responsible entry into adulthood.
Workshops, performances, social campaigns, television and festivals. All so that a child can feel engagement, experience inspiration and regain curiosity about the world.
Since 2012, as co-founder and President of the Board of the Children-to-Children Foundation (a public-benefit organisation), I have been building an environment of support for children, youth and their guardians. Everything I do in parent consultations grows out of that daily work - from Wyspy Leonarda, festivals, social campaigns and thousands of hours of conversation.
A consultation is a calm, honest parent-to-parent conversation. The result is an action plan that will help your child enter adulthood with strength, self-awareness and responsibility - with engagement, inspiration and curiosity restored.
I reply personally. Usually within 48 hours.
